Dr. Lautman Co-founds Home Dialysis unit with CDC
1999
First nephrology nurse practitioner in Northeast Ohio is hired
2005
Dr. Ari Mosenkis joins the practice
2006
The practice introduces innovative 24-hour blood pressure monitors
2007
Modernize our name to “Cleveland Kidney and Hypertension Consultants, Inc.” (CKHC)
2009
Dr. Lautman and Tim Ray present at the American Nephrology Nurses Association (ANNA) national conference.
2010
Dr. Yalavarthy ranks 3rd among all USA graduating nephrology fellows; joins CKHC
Tim joins the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) helping author the nephrology nurse practitioner board exam.
CDC Beachwood opens with Dr. Mosenkis as Medical Director
CKHC expands services to University Hospitals in Geauga County
